The Restaurant
Turkish specialities are prepared on a daily basis. We can offer special menus or full board on demand.
The evening meal is made up of Mezze ( hot and cold hors d'oeuvre). Turkish dishes, deserts, coffee or tea. For breakfast, ladies will prepare Gözleme (Turkish pancakes) in front of you.

The Oriental Lounge
The inside lounge is at your disposal to relax enjoying tea or coffee.

The Garden
In the garden, a fountain set in the rock will allow you to taste local red and white wine.

The Terraces
The terraces look out onto cave dwellings settlements dug out nearby the hotel.
